BRIEF
We begin with a face to face meeting, an introductory project consultation, discussing your ideas and vision while evaluating the characteristics of your property. From there, we can determine the project feasibilities and work with you to establish a "Project Cost Range" based on your vision and expectations.
DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS
Together, we explore basic layout options, fundamental design features and measurements before we produce rough sketches or concept drawings for your review and consideration.
We, then turn our focus towards materials, finishes, detailing and specifications that will be incorporated into a complete set of working drawings that are utilized as a guiding document for formal estimates, quotes, permits that are necessary for the construction phase of your project.
Utilizing the details, sketches and drawings gathered from our collaborative meetings, we confirm products, materials and finishes that will work best for your project so we can provide you with a formal "Project Estimate".

PLANNING, PREPARATION & CONSTRUCTION
This is the most extensive stage. It's where all things come together. Materials are finalized and the desired aesthetic is confirmed. Where necessary, full-scale technical drawings are created. Next, we prepare a timeline schedule, organize qualified trades; and project materials are ordered and delivered accordingly. We begin with a pre-construction site visit to confirm staging, material orders and deliveries. It provides our team with an opportunity to become familiar with the project setting. We set a start date and commence with the core construction and fabrication process; from demolition to rough work to inspections, before the installations of the finishes takes place. The correct preparation is completed at your property to ensure that finishes, including flooring, fixtures, millwork and surface materials can be installed in a timely fashion. Each element is then assembled/installed in situ and thoroughly checked before we invite you to inspect the work yourself.
COMMISSION THE PROJECT
With our work completed, we conclude the process with a walk through inspection and review of your project, your vision and our craftsmanship.
